First edition of Martha Dixon's Copper Kettle Cook Book. Published by Wm. B. Eerdman's Publishing Co., Grand Rapids, Mich., 1963, hardback with dust jacket, 480 pp. Dixon was the television chef for WJIM-TV, Channel 6, in Lansing, Michigan. She wrote an excellent appetizers to desserts general cookbook with lovely pen and ink drawings and many literate quotations from American literary classics. Dust jacket in good condition. Book in mint, like-new condition.
