Cook's Copy or Cook's Copies Cookbooks

We sell cooks copies as a way of providing you vintage cookbooks at a lower price AND as a way of saving my time. For example, I can't take the time to take images of a rather ratty but still useful cookbooks, then take time to describe it in detail, THEN sell it to you at a much lower price. With that same time, I could list a much more expensive cookbook, thus earning a slightly larger chunk of my daughter's tuition!

So, you should know that the image you see of a cook's copy Betty Crocker New Picture Cook is NOT an image of the cook's copy you are ordering. You are ordering a cookbook with a torn off sectio of the end cover across the spine. Or, a cookbook with a stained (but clean) cover. Just remember--all the recipes still work!

Sometimes I put up a regular listing for cook's copies. Sometime I mention that I have them in the descriptions of the high priced cookbooks. But, sometimes I forget. Ask, if you are interested something specific.
