Encyclopedia of Cooking by Mary Margaret McBride, DeLuxe Illustrated Edition, 1959. Published by Homemakers Research Institute, Evanston, Illinois. Twelve books or sections bound together in one hardback-bound volume. (This is NOT the rivets edition. This is the real, hard cover, traditionally bound edition.) This copy's outer cover shows shelf wear and is taped along the spine (with library tape.) 1536 pages. All 12 of the section are here, and each and every page is SPOTLESS! (We should probably mail this via Media Mail. It is 3 1/2" thick and very heaby. Mary Margarget McBride's Encyclopedia of Cooking Deluxe Illustrated Edition is in like-new condition, except for the cover. (Marked down from $186.00.) (Really!)
