Very high quality paper, printing, color, and lithography for this Icy Point Salmon Book of Recipes. Since it is about salmon packed by Alaska Pacific Salmon, I assume Alaska Pacific Salmon published the booklet. I date it sometime in the 20s. The recipe for something called "Salmon a la Kartoffel" sounds so good, it makes me want to eat the booklet. Mint condition. (Marked down from $36.00.)
