Recipes and Reminiscences of New Orleans, published in 1971 by The Ursuline Academy Cooperative Club and The Ursuline Alumnae Association and dedicated to the Ursuline Nuns of New Orleans. This is the hard cover first edition. (Other, later printings were apparently published with plastic comb bindings.) 274 pages. Recipes and Reminiscences of New Orleans not only has hundreds of delicious-sounding regional recipes, the history and short stories (for example, about bread or about King's Cake) are charming! Book is in near-mint condition. There's some shelf wear, but I don't think the book was actually ever opened.
