These Pillsbury cookbooks can be confusing. For example, this one says "Pillsbury Kitchens' Cookbook" on the front of the binder and "Pillsbury Kitchens' Family Cookbook" on the title page. It was first published in 1979 (the same year as the non-strawberry yellow Pillsbury,) but I think Pillsbury must have switched to this cover in mid-year and used it going forward. This binder is the fourth printing, 1982. The editor is Renee Dignan, and the cookbook was published by The Pillsbury Company, Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is the difficult-to-find binder edition, with tabbed dividers. 638 pages. The binder has some minor shelf wear. The pages are absolutely clean and clear. (Marked down from $88.00.)
