This is the 1950 edition. Edited by Ruth erolzheimer, the cookbook is 966 pages long plus a 50+ pages index. It contains everything from juice recipes to blue prints for making a fireles cooker (with heated stones) to fine modernist photography. Thumb indexed. In excellent vintage condition.
