Extremely comprehensive cookbook, published by Books, Inc., first in 1941. This copy is a first edition, first printing. New American Cookbook has a wonderful index (critical in a cookbook,) and is thumb-indexed on the sides of the pages. Hard cover. 931 pp. Excellent vintage condition.
