A beautiful cookbook, with many full-color illustrations, lovely line drawings. and historical prints. Beautifully constructed, as well. Printed on clay-coated paper, with a sturdy binding and cloth cover. 1101 pages. This dust jacket is a disaster, but the book is in near-fine condition. I don't think anyone ever really used it.
