Putnam's Sons, New York and London, and the Knickerbocker Press, New York, 1917. 634 pages, plus some pages of advertising. Hard cover. Cover has some spots and discoloration. Binding is sound, pages are all clean except for two pages, discolored by a newspaper clipping. The clipping is of a recipe for Lady Baltimore Cake! I'll send it along.
