Mrs. Fryer'ss Loose-Leaf Cook Book, published in 1922 by the John C. Winston Co., Philadelphia. Written by Jane Eayer Fryer. Hard cover, with 100 removeable, blank pages in the front, and 475 traditional cookbook pages and a traditional cookbook in the back. There's a page in the front explaining how to undo the screws, take off the cover, and change or insert pages into the book. I get a kick out of this cookbook whenever I look at it. It is patented, and I imagine some long-ago editor thinking that the new loose leaf technology would be perfect for ladies and their otherwise messy cookbooks! This copy is absolutely mint.
