Cook’s Tour of Shreveport, Shrimp Mull: Here’s one great recipe from Cook’s Tour of Shreveport, 1964, 1979. Yes, we have the cookbook. See it here: https://www.vintagecookbook.com/product/cooks-tour-of-shreveport-1964-1979/.
Cook’s Tour of Shreveport: A Dash of the Old South. First published in 1964, this copy is from the 1979 edition. (I don’t think the editions were revised, so this is basically the tenth printing.) Compiled by the Junior League of Shreveport, Inc. A huge, comprehensive cookbook with 336 pages. Plastic comb binding and paper covers. This copy is in excellent vintage condition. All pages are clean and clear, with the exception of some check marks at the top of a few recipes. Particularly strong on seafood, as you might expect.
