Hawks Inn Recipes:  No date.  Published by Hawks Inn Auxiliary, Delafield, Wisconsin, in support of the Hawks Inn Society in continuing efforts to completely restore the Hawks Inn complex.  Hawks Inn was an early stage coach stop in the mid-1800s.  The Inn was built in Delafield in 1846, two years before Wisconsin became a state.  A comprehensive cookbook.  Be sure to note the “hot dish” recipes!  Paper covers with plastic comb binding.  90 pages.  Near mint condition.  Some shelf wear on the cover.  Pages all clean and clear.
